郑中华，美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校（UIUC）环境与土木工程（计算科学与工程方向）博士、农业与生物工程硕士，本科毕业于浙江大学生物系统工程专业。现于美国哥伦比亚大学Lamont-Dorhety Earth Observatory从事博士后研究工作。读博期间曾连续三年在拜耳公司（作物科学事业部）、气候公司（The Climate Corporation）、孟山都公司以及美国橡树岭国家实验室担任数据科学实习生（Data Scientist/Research Intern）。郑中华的研究方向包括：空气质量和气溶胶、城市气候与环境、环境数据科学（机器学习、遥感数据、地球系统模式）、农业大数据。

Installation
Step 1: create an environment:
$ conda create -n pyEOF python=3.7
$ conda activate pyEOF
$ conda install -c conda-forge numpy pandas scipy scikit-learn rpy2Step 2: install using pip:
$ pip install pyEOF(optional) for jupyter notebook tutorial:
$ conda install -c conda-forge numpy pandas scipy scikit-learn rpy2 xarray matplotlib jupyter eofs(optional) install from source:
$ git clone https://github.com/zzheng93/pyEOF.git
$ cd pyEOF
$ python setup.py installHow to use it?
You may reproduce the jupyter notebook example on Binder.
