描述
public DOMNodeList DOMElement::getElementsByTagNameNS ( string $namespaceURI , string $localName )这个函数用给定的localName和所有的后代元素获取namespaceURI。
参数
namespaceURI
名称空间URI。
localName
本地名称。使用*返回元素树中的所有元素。
返回值
This function returns a new instance of the class DOMNodeList of all matched elements in the order in which they are encountered in a preorder traversal of this element tree.
