最多读count - 1来自给定文件流的宽字符，并将它们存储在str产生的宽字符串总是以空结尾。如果发生文件结束或发现换行符，则解析停止，在这种情况下，将停止解析。str将包含那个宽换行符。

返回值
str在成功的时候，NULL关于一个错误。
