date.getUTCMilliseconds
该getUTCMilliseconds()方法根据通用时间返回指定日期的毫秒数。
语法
dateObj.getUTCMilliseconds()返回值
一个整数，介于0到999之间，表示按照世界时间给定日期的毫秒数。
