date.getUTCMonth
在getUTCMonth()按照通用时间指定日期的月回报，作为一个从零开始的值（其中0表示第一月的一年）。
语法
dateObj.getUTCMonth()返回值
一个整数，介于0到11之间，对应于按照世界时间给定日期的月份。1月份为0，2月份为1，3月份为2，依此类推。
